Travel Agency App Case Study
Tripaholic is a mobile app designed to simplify travel planning especially for budget-conscious users. The project involved conducting UX research to tailor the app's interface, focusing on intuitive design and key features like budget tracking, itinerary planning, and personalized recommendations. The app aims to be a go-to travel companion, offering a seamless and enjoyable experience for students and young travelers.

This empathy map was done following extensive user surveys and interviews, where valuable insights were gathered to understand the users' needs, preferences, and frustrations. By filtering the gathered information, the map aims to provide a comprehensive view of the users' thoughts and feelings, allowing for a more empathetic and targeted approach in designing a solution that truly resonates with them.

Storyboarding for UX research is vital as it visually illustrates the user's journey, highlighting key interactions and pain points. This method helps identify areas for improvement and innovation, ensuring that design decisions are user-centric. Storyboards also aid in communicating research findings and design concepts to stakeholders, fostering alignment and empathy towards the user's needs.
